Michael Ladden joined Whitford Country Club on November 2, 2006 as Golf Professional. Mike is a graduate of the University of Delaware where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing.

Mike was a 3-time America-East All Conference 1st Team Honoree while at Delaware. In college he worked as our Pro-Shop Manager. After graduation Mike spent 2 years at Whitford as an Assistant Professional before moving on to Philadelphia Country Club in Gladwyne where he served as an Assistant Professional from 2002 to 2006. During that time Mike successfully took on increasing responsibilities during the change in Head Professional levels at Philadelphia Country Club. His accomplishments with all levels of members gained him significant acclaim and recommendation. His leadership skills have been recognized in his election as President of the Philadelphia Golf Assistants Organization.

Mike has also served as a member of the Philadelphia PGA Junior Golf Committee. Mike has enjoyed tremendous success with both members and individually in some prestigious Philadelphia sectional tournaments.

Maloney, Andrew 3 Andrew Maloney
Asst. Golf Professional

Andrew is originally from the North-West corner of Pennsylvania in a little town south of Erie called Conneaut Lake. Andrew has been at Whitford Country Club for the last four years working as an Assistant Golf Professional.

Prior to working at Whitford, Andrew attended The Golf Academy of America in Myrtle Beach South Carolina where he graduated with an Associate’s of Applied Business Degree in Golf Complex Operations and Management. Currently he is enrolled in online classes through Virginia College to earn his Bachelors in Golf Course Management. Andrew is also pursuing his PGA Membership by beginning his Level 1 book work this year and attempting to pass his Players Ability Test.

While working at Whitford has been his first real world golf business experience, Andrew has learned many things and continues to grow and improve himself with the help of all the membership.

Yoder, Gina 2
Gina Yoder
Asst. Golf Professional

Gina joins the Whitford Country Club Staff as First Assistant Golf Professional and brings with her an accomplished career as a PGA teaching professional, an NCAA women's head golf coach, as well as junior and collegiate playing accolades.

A Class "A" member of the PGA since 1998, she previously served in the same position at Hanover Country Club at Dartmouth College where she cultivated the Junior Program and earned the NHPGA Junior Golf Leader Award. She is TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) Certified in Golf Level 1 and Junior Level 2. Her teaching methods have benefited golfers of all ages. As a full time instructor in the greater Cincinnati area, she also served as the Head Women's Golf Coach at Xavier University and, by the end of her four-year tenure, the team's national ranking improved by some 60 positions.

Gina is the 1988 Indiana High School State Girls Golf Champion, a four-year letter winner at Michigan State, where she captained the Spartan team her senior year and was an Academic All-American. Gina holds a BA in Psychology.
